At Nakshvi, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and cancellations can be requested.
1. Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests via email at info@nakshvi.in within 24 hours of purchase with proof of receipt.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
- The product must be unused and in the original condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Eligible Items for Exchange:
- Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, unless due to our error.

2. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email.
3. Gift Returns
- If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be processed to the original gift giver.
4. Cancellation Policy
Mysore Pattu is committed to quality. If you are not satisfied with the product received, please note the following cancellation terms:
- Stitched products cannot be canceled or returned.
- Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.
- If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Exchange Request Process
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and sent with all tags and invoices.
- Customers must clearly indicate the reason for the exchange inside the package.
- Include the order number and contact details clearly on the package.
Once the item is received, our Quality Control Team will inspect it to ensure compliance with our policy. Only products that meet our eligibility criteria will be approved for exchange.
6. Conditions for Accepting Exchange Requests
We only accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
- If we have sent the wrong item or a faulty product.
- If the product does not match your original order specifications.
- If the product is returned within the specified timeframe and meets all policy conditions.
Note: If a gift, free shipping, or any promotional offer was availed, the refund/exchange will be processed after deducting the value of such offers.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Stitched or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
